Requirements:
  • Reporting to the General Manager the Office Secretary/ Administrator’s role within the company is to assist the office in day to day administrative tasks. 
  • The selected applicant must be in possession of at least 2 years experience in the secretarial/ Administration field as well as knowledge of applicable codes of practice. 
  • Knowledge in basic accountancy and bookkeeping will be considered an asset. 
  • The selected candidate will be required to prepare daily documents using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases, devising and maintaining office systems, Preparing quotations and supporting customer requirements, managing and maintaining receivables, as well as invoicing.
