Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Accounting or equivalent.
- Accounting professional qualification is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years accounting or audit related experience.
- Familiar with using accounting software.
- Able to prepare the accounting journal (with solid experience).
- Experience in property development industry is preferred.
- Independent and with strong sense of responsibility as he / she will have to work alone a lot.
Job Details
- Prepare the daily and monthly cashflow for our Companies in UAE.
- Follow up with the bankers.
- Assist in annual audit.
- Prepare the UAE financial and managerial reports including but not limit to consolidated financial statement, cost report, rental summary.
- Require to work any ad hoc assignment as per our Group's instructions.
