- Degree / Masters in procurement or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5-7 years postgraduate experience in procurement/supply chain experience preferably from a Healthcare environment;
- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills at a senior level;
- Spoken and written Arabic skills desirable;
- Must be IT literate with a knowledge of an electronic procurement system;
- Proven negotiation, sourcing strategy, and execution skills would be advantageous
