Requirements:
- Good general level of education
- Good communication skills and numerate.
- In depth knowledge of a commercial concern and store operations.
- In-depth Product Knowledge of entire package available
- Management Multilevel Communication, Negotiation Skills, Interviewing Skills, Commercially aware Business oriented, Computer usage skill sets, Can-do, Enthusiastic Strives to improve Integrity, Initiative, Team-oriented,
- Maximizes store contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales, reduce stock loss and maintain cost controls.
- Assists in delivering the highest levels of motivation and development of team members and individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures.
