- MBA in Human Resources Management / Any Degree in Human resources management, minimum 5- 7+ experience in same field.
- Good communication skills, excellent computer skills.
- Maintain high confidentiality, good conceptual strength knowledge or Labour Laws.
- Involved in a wide range of human resources, employee relations and recruitment activities for the company.
- Generalist HR role as well as significant experience in Employee Relations.
