- Candidate desired traits: 4-5 Years of solid UAE HR experience.
- Excellent communication skills and pleasing nature
- Excellent spoken and written English (& preferably Arabic)
- Excel advanced abilities [ must know formulas: vlookup, conditional, count and other data management abilities]
- Highly numeric and can handle payroll on Rota basis.
- Able to handle the whole gamut of Recruitment up to closure
- Training & Development experience; a facilitator’s experience (2nd to solid recruitment experience)
- Employee welfare activities
- Maintenance of Recruitment and T&D Database
- Monthly reporting with statistics
