Requirements:
- Customer service managers will need to motivate the team, work with them to make sure they abide by all company policies and procedures.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand.
- At least 2 to 3 years related work and previous management experience with a reputable Courier company or related.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
- Process and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in solving complex problems and coming up with viable solutions under extreme pressure.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency In MS Office. *supervisory skills *Must be able to handle pressure
- Should be able to do multi task
- direct the daily operations of the customer service team
- plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
- ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
- review customer complaints track customer complaint resolution
- handle complex and escalated customer service issues
- co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
- oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
