• 2 years experience in the Middle East preferred. 
• Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. 
• Proficiency of dealing with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
• Presentable and possess a professional attitude. 
• Should have organizational skills. 
• Must be detail oriented, assertive, highly quality conscious and should be capable of managing responsibilities independently. 

Job Description

1. Prepares quotations and other related documents.
2. Handles sales documents (Invoices / POs).
3. Follows up on orders placed with vendors and ensures that all delivery schedules are maintained
4. Is responsible for establishing competitive shipping rates by coordinating and networking with freight agents and shipping companies.
5. Keep abreast of the changing market situations involving freight forwarding, documentary procedures, tariffs, etc.
6. Maintains and monitors cost effectiveness of jobs and overall profitability.
7. Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
