Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a senior operational role.
- Candidate will be responsible for supervising the shifts in a fast-moving warehouse environment, meeting targets and delivering customer excellence, covering all inbound and outbound activities.
- Candidate must have previous man-management experience and be a good motivator.
- Must be able to resolve problems and work on own initiative at times.
