Requirements: Detail oriented person required to handle all Quality
Assurance functions including:
• Monitor and maintain documentation for traceability, production tracking, and hygiene protocols
• Establish in-house quality testing laboratory
• Perform microbiological tests, and maintain regular testing schedule & sample bank
• Train production staff on standard operating procedures and monitor consistent application of standards
• Experience in implementing HACCP or ISO 22000 would be a great advantage.
The successful candidate should have:
• Bachelor in Laboratory Science related field
is essential.
• Arabic Speaking Preferred
• Experience in microbiology laboratory and food
production facility preferred.
• Transferable residency
