Requirements:
- Experience in establishing, maintain QA/ QC procedures preferably in precast industry
- Good leadership skills and communication skills
- Experience in PC industry will be an added advantage
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and improvement of the overall QA/QC procedure of the plant
- Team lead in ensuring compliance to all certification requirements
- Lead in introducing good practices for continuous improvement
