Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in In-Building Design Report, including Power Budget Calculation, Antenna Distributions and List of Materials and equipments to be used for DAS (Distributed Antenna System).
- Prepare CAD based Design based on In-Building Design Report.
- Assist onsite supervision of IBS installation, ensure installation Quality.
- Assist in planning, optimizing and overseeing installation and maintenance of complete turn-key cellular network systems for In-Building Solution, by using both Passive Design and Active Solution.
- Assist in Pre-planning, Technical Site Surveys, IBS designs, Link Budget Analysis, Radio Frequency.
- Assist in Performing Parameter Tuning and Site Optimization.
- Collects, process and analyze results from walk tests.
- Generate plots and related RF reports.
- Assist in conducting site survey for the possible cell site location and assist in doing design report for Acquisition and Implementation.
- Assist in handling the RF Drive Test and Optimization activities including Database Parameter Optimization
- Assist in troubleshooting any alarm in the cellular network system that is related with RF.
- Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications with a minimum of 3 years of experience in In-Building Solution projects
- At least 3 years experience in RF Engineering GSM, UMTS network and must also possess 3 years knowledge of In-Building Solution implementations.
- Prior experience from active In-Building Solution systems is preferable.
- Skills in electrical CAD drawing & knowledge of IBWave design will be added advantage.
