Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree Required.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Working in a very organized manner.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel required.
- Time Management.
- Should be able to Multi Task.
- Preparing Local & Overseas PO in the ERP
- Liaising with suppliers on delivery of material
- Costing of Material purchase in ERP
- Coordinating with Sales Department and providing accurate information on shipment arrivals
- Preparing export documents for GCC shipments
- Coordinating and nominating forwarders for import and export shipments.
- Arranging & Controlling Cross Country Shipments.
- Reporting to the Purchase & Logistics Managers with all ongoing activites
- Arranging L/C openings for import shipments.
- Supervising 3rd party warehouse activites
- Preparing stock reports, MIS and management reports as per deadlines
- Insuring all cargo and follow up on claims
