Requirements:
ROLE:
• Responsible to assist in providing a high standard of accommodation for Employees residing in Doha.
• Ensuring that all accommodations meet adequate safety and security standards.
• Courteous and demonstrate sensitivity towards our Employees.
• Act tactfully, think on your feet and make precise and timely decision.
• Interaction with all levels of employees and also other depts. within the Company, as well as with providers, real estate agents, property landlords, etc.
• Efficiently advise and assist new employees in accommodation, healthcare and recreational facilities in Doha.
• Responsible for ensuring that housing data is maintained in terms of vacant or occupied villas or apartments. Keep abreast with the market fluctuations and maintain records of rising / falling rents, school fees etc and be aware of changes in government rules and regulations.
• Responsible for Schooling of employee’s children, up keeping records of all Schools in Doha and developing excellent privilegate relationships with schools.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Young and energetic with 3-5 years experience in housekeeping area, travel, retail & hospitality industry.
• Bachelors Degree.
• Negotiation skill required
• Good knowledge of Doha locations, properties, real estate etc.
• Computer literate with excellent command over English, French / Arabic language is an advantage. Western Europe/ Arabic national preferred.
• Driving license is a must as the job requires to be frequently go out of the office for properties visits.
