- Candidate should be Graduate in the field of Mechanical Engineering min. 10 to 12 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- SAP/ERP working knowledge is must.
- They should know Managing the overall production activities of the plant.Guiding & directing the team to achieve the desired output as required & requested by the Sales /Management.
- Demand forecasting & coordinate with the HODs with regard to Sales, Marketing & Operations.
- Providing necessary technical support to team members & to the other plant technical team.
- Planning and organizing activities based on the priorities established by the management and providing necessary technical support to team member.
