- Preparing and monitoring cash flow statements and predicting future trends.
- Conducting evaluations regarding cost reduction opportunities.
- Managing accounting, monitoring, reporting systems.
- Liaising with auditors.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with banks and arranging bank facilities.
- Monitoring expenses and adherence to budget.
- Monitoring approval systems and implementation of the same.
