Requirements:
- With Civil / Architectural Engineering qualifications.
- 10-15 years of work experience with reputed Project Management Company or Real Estate Development Company in the same role preferably in the Gulf region.
- Strong ability to prepare and structure RFPs for deferent discipline required for projects.
- Strong ability to review designs, specifications, material, equipment's cost estimate & construction schedule, resources and budget for undertaken projects.
- Ability to apply document control systems and maintain records relating to project performance.
- Ability to coordinate with external consultants and prepare conceptual drawings and understand technical implications.
- Review contractors tender documents and their ability of performance & execution of projects.
- Good knowledge of electromechanical specifications & requirements. Ability to use engineering software application i.e. Primavera.
- Applicant with Gulf experience in hotels and shopping malls development is preferred.
