Requirements:
- Experienced Warehouse Supervisor with minimum 5 years experience required
- Supervising & assisting in daily warehouse activities & shipping as well
- Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks
- Recommending measures to improve the quality of service, increasing efficiency of the department and work crew and equipment performance
- Continuously improving warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices
- Conferring with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers
- Responsibilities also include full stock accountability; maintaining health and safety standards together with adhering to company policies and procedures
