Key responsibilities will include:
A. Create new clients and bring new projects (Civil Construction) in
Qatar.
B. Good knowledge about Qatar market and good relationship with
clients to get civil construction jobs in Qatar.
C. Having well contacts and maintains personal relationship with
various clients (private & public sector) to build business.
D. Develop and maintain Qatar’s new projects. Scheming the company
business plan. Developing Business Plans.
E. Participate in cost estimating for the new projects. Tender studying.
F. Prepare and oversee the prequalification for all future projects with
current and future clients.
G. Managing the commercial relationships with key customers primarily
based in Qatar.

Requirements:
- Education – B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Commercial Management or Construction Management or Economics or Contracts Management.
- Proven competencies in Construction Management, Contracts Management, and Commercial Management.
- Well-developed Commercial and negotiation skills
- Strong Leadership and Management skills
- Ideally an arabic speaker.
- Sound Knowledge on Qatar market & its dynamics.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar position.
- Nationality: European, Arabs and Asian
