Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year experience as call center executive will be an added advantage
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Local Arabic accent is mandatory
- Must have lived in UAE, and should have experience in interacting with the local population
- Must have ability to deal with tough, difficult and angry customers if such situations arise.
- Being customer and quality focused, polite and willingness to work in shifts is a pre-requisite for the above mentioned role.
All the selected candidates will be required to join at short notice.
