Applicant must be B.E. Mechanical with an experience of not less than 10 years in the HVAC construction field of which at least 5 years in GCC countries in various HVAC systems (Industrial/ Commercial) its design, application / selection capabilities, estimation abilities with exposure to installation / testing / commissioning.

- Through knowledge of HVAC installation and has demonstrated project management skills with the ability to work as the head of a team of engineers and tradesmen.
- Detailed engineering and construction process knowledge in air conditioning for commercial, residential, high rise & other buildings.
- Excellent communication skills (written / spoken)
- Planning - ability to work in a structured manner and prioritize requirements.
- Computer skill - particularly in MS office & AutoCAD.
