Requirements:
- Secondary School Graduate with relevant vocational specialty or Diploma and completion of Intermediate English Courses.
- Certification on international leadership and safety course.
- 25 years of Refining/Petrochemical operational experience including 5 years as a shift superintendent.
- Good knowledge of refinery operation, especially in Hydrocracker, Delayed Coker & Catalyst continuous reformers.
- Problem solving and decision making abilities with ability to handle and manage major incidents
