Requirements:
- College Graduate (Egyptian Nationality)
- 3 - 5 years in similar capacity, SAP experience is an advantage
- Responsible for all petty cash handlings and journal entries in SAP according to Mammoet internal procedures
- Scanning and posting of all incoming invoices (payment done from Dubai)
- Maintaining our employee records in GOSI (social insurance) and ensuring timely payment of GOSI
- Follow – up on irregularities / non compliance of procedures and highlight to the Financial Manager
- Arrange health insurance for new employees
- Arrange local insurance for new vehicles (cars only)
- First point of contact for relations such as banks, auditors, tax advisor
- First point of contact for any admin questions from regional head office in Dubai
- Keeping track of local mobile phone bills by user
- Assist onsite project administration whenever required.
