• Handle sales activities of residential properties.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to meet KPIs and targets.
• Submit sates reports, sales forecast and status updates to Management for review and possible action plans.
• Conduct market research and keep abreast of market trends, market demand and comparable market sale prices.
Requirements:

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales driven environment, though Real estate,''Property development experience is essential.
- Knowledge of the Bahrain Market with a proven sales track record.
- Fully bilingual, Arabic and English speaking.
