Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience, predominantly in the joinery / furnishing industry in estimating tenders for joinery fit-out projects.
- Should possess thorough knowledge of conditions of contracts and will be expected to have the ability to communicate / correspond effectively.
- Should be able to read and understand tender and ID drawings to prepare comprehensive offers / tenders.
- Must be able to discuss contractual / commercial issues with clients, consultants, Project Managers, Cost Consultants, etc., for finalization.
- Minimum qualification: Degree / Diploma in Engineering.
