Requirements:
- The successful candidate must be a Civil Engineering degree holder, bilingual in English and Arabic,
- Should be with a valid UAE driving license
- Must have minimum of 10 years experience in the construction business, of which at least 5 years are in the preparation and submission of technical bids and offers in the UAE.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of technical specifications for tendering, evaluation of bids and submission of technical offers in the UAE.
