Job Responsibilities :

This will be a functional position for Geophysics discipline and incumbent would be responsible for supporting exploration function.

• Support geophysical data acquisition & processing,

• Support seismic data interpretation.

• Perform sub surface mapping as required.

• Participate in defining exploration plays & leads.

• Provide support in day to day geoscientific work

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 years + experience in E&P company as Geophysicist/Geologist (Junior/Trainee/Support)

• Minimum qualifications required for the role is a degree in Geology or Geophysics.

• Exposure to workstation based interpretation work flow on G&G software s like Landmark/Petrel

• Should be familiar with Geology of Oman.

• Effective oral and written communication.

• Computer skills in general, especially MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Excellent communications skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Analytical and problem solving skills
