 Job Title :ACCOUNTS AND OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Job Location: UAE
Salary : AED 20,000 - 25,000 p.m.
Job Purpose: Handles company's accounts and Office
Administration. Provides financial information to
management by researching and analyzing accounting
data and preparing reports. 
Job Duties: 
• Managing accounts and bookkeeping 
• Payment follow-ups 
• Office administration 
• Event Co-ordination 
• Liaising with company's CA for tax payments 
• Preparing monthly Management accounts 
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial
information confidential. 
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Accomplishes the result by performing the duty. 
Skills/Qualifications: 0-2 yrs exp, Accounting, Reporting Skills, Attention to
Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Data Entry Management, Analytical and General Math Skills, Tally, MS EXCEL
