Company: Novum Structures is a global leader in the design, engineering, supply, and installation of bespoke architecturally exposed steel structures and integrated cladding (e.g. glass, membranes, aluminum, etc.). We are currently opening operations throughout the MENA region and in this regard seeking an experienced Estimator to develop and oversee estimation and supply chain for our MENA projects.

We are currently opening operations throughout the MENA region and in this regard seeking an experienced Estimator to develop and oversee estimation and supply chain for our MENA projects.
Requirements:
- The candidate should have / be Minimum 4 years of relevant experience obtained in a similar industry in the Middle East.
- Degree in Engineering and extensive experience in estimation of architectural steel, glass and membrane structures. Inclusive of material take-off from drawings, analyze relevant specifications, develop installation cost in teamwork with project department, etc.
- Write detailed proposal and scope letters.
- Build database of reliable local suppliers of steel, glass, aluminum, etc. Involves factory visit for evaluation of setup and capabilities (throughout the GCC).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record in working within a multinational group of companies, handling intercompany dealings, and working in a multicultural environment.
- Well experienced in dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and be well organized.
- Well experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.), and in AutoCAD and similar construction software.
- High energy, self-starter, problem solver, and proactive attitude.
