- A levels or equivalent education level with IATA qualification preferred.
- Minimum three years experience with known travel companies
- Good interpersonal ability with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Thorough knowledge in Galileo or Amadeus reservation systems and Microsoft outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge in Arabic and other languages will be added advantage.
