Requirements:
• Plan & administrate daily survey request.
• Ability to assess customers of steps to be done and completed during and after survey.
• Must be able to supervise and check compliance of safety regulations.
• A problem solver.
• 5-6 years of experience in a customer service related function preferably in a telecom organization.
• Experience Telephone Block wiring, Structure Cabling, Cisco and Thompson etc. Switches and
routers configurations and installation.
• Experience and Knowledge MPLS technology and deployments. Boxes.
• Experience & Knowledge in installation of. ISDN, ADSL, DSLAMS and PW lines and equipment.
• Knowledge in Voice switching and data and signalling.
• Knowledge in fibre optics
• A graduate of BSc in Electronics/Computer and Telecommunications or Equivalent with related
experience.
• Certification in Cisco (CCNP) and other similar vendors in switching and routing is required.
