Requirements:
• Candidate must be CCNA certified with 5-6 years of coordination, report preparation & store inventory experience & hands-on experience in Oracle, CRM & NWI system.
• 5-6 years of experience in a customer service related function preferably in a telecom organization.
• Experience Telephone Block wiring, Structure Cabling, Cisco and Thompson etc. Switches and routers configurations and installation.
• Experience and Knowledge MPLS technology and deployments. Boxes.
• Experience & Knowledge in installation of. ISDN, ADSL, DSLAMS and PW lines and equipment.
• Knowledge in Voice switching and data and signalling.
• Knowledge in fibre optics
• A graduate of BSc in Electronics/Computer and Telecommunications or Equivalent with related experience.
• Must know in analyzing and maintaining flow of SR/ PSR and update task accordingly in the system.
