Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Professional certificates are an important advantage.
At least five years experience in system development of which three years are in using the following
techniques:

Net Framework 3.5 + C#, IIS 7, .Net Development, ASP.Net user controls, web controls.
Server farm design concepts, web services.
MS SQL Server 2005 & 2008.
SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010 Development and Administration.
WCF, WWF, WPF.

Main Tasks

Gathers and analyzes systems requirements and develops software, especially in a SharePoint environment.
Supports standard setting for software development and implementation of best practices.
Follows up the implementation of contracts with suppliers of systems and applications and assures meeting the requirements.
Manages IT projects and provides technical support for programs and applications to users. Implements information security policies and backups.
Manages / performs maintenance for database servers and application servers.
Manages the agency portal.
