- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Arabic Languages (verbal and written)
- Ability to work with different cultures
- 5 years experience in HR
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent command of MS Office, Excel & Outlook
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
- Degree holder
- Provide a professional & helpful point of contact for employees when entering the department
- Administer concerns of employees of the organization
- Ensure continuous improvements to the organization
- Introduce and implement new policies and procedures
- Monitor job descriptions
- Issuance of letters and certificates (bank letters, salary advices.)
- Update the travel calendar for all staff
- Coordination with government agencies
- Coordination with organization on insurance requirements for team members
