Company: A global Spare Parts Manufacturing Company (OE/OES) is currently seeking to recruit Customer Service Staff to be based within their Dubai team.
Requirements:
The right candidate will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Head of the Middle East branch, Area Sales Managers with order management, off ers, delivery status communication, payment follow-up and other sales & marketing activities.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in spare parts operations, preferably with an automotive company.
- PC applications - Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
- Have the ability to build and maintain friendly and warm relationship with the customers and staff.
