Requirements:
- Recruitment specialists with 10+ years’ experience in technical recruitment
- Should have a good knowledge of the oil & gas contracting industry and the determination and drive to achieve recruitment targets.
- Potential candidates should have strong communication skills and experience of developing and implementing resourcing strategy in order to underpin targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Direct experience within the oil & gas industry would be preferable, although not essential.
