Requirements:
- Undertaking site reconnaissance, site and context analysis
- Generating creative urban design concepts and preparing site layouts and land subdivision plans for all types of land uses
- Providing input on urban design guidelines for special character areas and streetscape schemes
- Coordination with architects, transportation and infrastructure engineers and landscape architects
- Suitable candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Urban Design from a well-known university.
- Relevant work experience in urban design projects, excellent design skills, motivation and teamwork spirit are required:
- Entry Level UD 2-5 years
- Junior Level UD 5-10 years
- Senior Level UD 10-15 years
