Requirements:
- FM industry professionals with an Engineering background, with a total of 10-12 years of experience, of which at least 5 years in the FM industry in UAE.
- Thorough knowledge of Operations and start up phases / transitions / soft and hard services are required. Costing and pricing for new projects; SLA & KPI management; FM process management; should have worked in an environment of OHSAS and Quality certified standards.
- Should have detailed market knowledge for business development of FM in the region. Should have an excellent communication / marketing skills.
