Requirements:
- FM industry professionals with an Engineering background, with a total of 5-8 years of experience, of which at least 3 years in the FM industry in UAE.
- Should have thorough knowledge of all aspects of Building / facilities maintenance, Electro mechanical, Civil, Landscape, utilities management, allied Soft services, support functions like Security management etc.
- Should have excellent communication / computer skills and should have exposure in a CAFM based environment.
- Should be capable of working independently, schedule work / PPM, able to co-ordinate, control and guide a team of supervisors, technicians & sub-contractors of different trades.
- Knowledge of OHSAS and Quality certified standards would be an added advantage.
