Job Title: Commercial Executive

Company: A reputed group in the UAE, engaged in diversii ed business activities, has openings for  Commercial Executives for its branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 
Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in international trade involving heavy equipment spares, tyres, hydraulic spares, etc. 
• Should be well-versed in the international commercial practices and standards.
• Age : 35-40 years
• Remuneration : Will match the industry standards

Job Responsibilities:

• Purchase order and supplier management.
• Local purchases.
• Coordination with suppliers, forwarders and clearing agents for timely removal of goods from the seaport to dry port as the case may be.
• Sales order management.
• Coordination with sales team, inventory team and customers for delivery of items.
• Preparation and submission of invoices to customers.
• Support to sales staff on collection follow up.
