Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering graduate with minimum 7 years experience in the MEP industry, of which 3 years is in a similar position
- Should have good knowledge of air conditioning system design for large applications such as hotels, malls, hospitals, towers, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in carrying out heat load calculations, piping designs, duct design as per ASHRAE / SMACA / BS standards, and equipment selection and BMS systems
- Conversant with ASHRAE / LEED standards
- Well-versed in the usage of ASHRAE / Elite / Trane Trace and psychometric software for system design and equipment selection software
