Company: A reputed company in offshore industry is looking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the following position in their  Qatar Operation: 
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related discipline. 
• Must be a qualified Lead Auditor with the Standards ISO 9001 & 14001 and OHSAS 18001.  
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar capacity.
• Safety Qualifications and Marine Background experience is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System, (QMS) Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) are established, implemented and maintained. 
2. Liaise with the external assessment body through the QHSE Manager on all matters related to the external accreditation process and ensure all the quality procedures must be adhered to ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001.
3. Follow adequate document control procedure to approve, review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the Management Systems. Ensure systematic process for the establishment, maintenance, identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of critical records.
4. Review the performance of the Management Systems at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
5. Support the process of induction and training of new staff, selection, evaluation and reevaluation of all suppliers of the company and maintenance of their assessments records in align with the management system. 
6. Ensure through the QHSE Manager that top management undertakes periodic assessments of customer satisfaction and improvements are identified and implemented.
7. Carry out and co-ordinate for Internal Audit, evaluation of the effectiveness of the Management System, continuous improvement process etc.
