Requirements:
- Supervises the day to day operational activities of the assigned section through the Shift Leaders to maximize prime grade product at optimum rate of production at minimum cost.
- Supervises critical operations activities such as start-up, shutdown, commissioning of new equipment, trial / test runs etc. Studies problem areas to recommend improvements where necessary. Work as guard duty when requested.
- B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- 8 years plant operating experience in oil and gas including 3 years in a senior supervisory position
- Good spoken, written English and communication skills plus Computer literate
