Requirements:
- Candidates should possess good quantity surveying experience in the main contracting sector.
- You must be self-motivated with the ability to perform independently.
- You must have knowledge of contracts and the ability to recognize variations and contract entitlements as they arise.
- With the ability to represent the company in all commercial aspects ensuring good cost/value control.
- You must be qualified to Degree level with a minimum of 5 years experience.
Candidates must have intensive experience of working on projects with signature architects and interior designers.
