- 7 years professional purchasing environment within a Real Estate Company; with 3 years supervisory experience
- Strong decision-making, analytical and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Procure goods and services in a timely and cost effective manner within established guidelines
- Incumbent has the freedom to act in making decisions related to the direct supervision of subordinate personnel
- Review work for accuracy and appropriateness, prepare reports of performance
