Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and 3rd Party Desktop Applications.
- Strong Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills Remotely and Via Phone.
- High competence in all Client based Windows Operating Systems (2003, XP, 7).
- Very good knowledge of some/all of the following: Windows Server 2000/ 2003, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, SQL Server, ISA Server
- Good Knowledge of Network Printers Installation and Troubleshooting, Access Points, Back ups, Antivirus and Spyware.
- Should possess excellent English communication and client service skills, Fluent Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.
- Any qualifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCSA would be considered an advantage.
- The Company has the most conducive working environment at corporate and personal level.
