Candidates to handle internal and external customer enquiries on the telephone providing accurate and pertinent information according to the Call Center guidelines and quality standards.

- Good command of English is a must, Urdu & Malayalam is an add advantage.
- Answer Inbound / Outbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific enquiries.
- Preferably with call center experience.
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
- The ability to deal with difficult customers.
- Experience in this field is an added advantage.
- Being customer & quality focused, polite and willingness to work in shifts is a prerequisite for the above this role.
- Please note that these positions are based in Ajman.
