Job Title: Order Processing Executive (Female)
Job Location: Qatar
Company: A Qatar based oil and Gas Services Company with an excellent work environment 
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Should be conversant with INCOTERMS, import control issues, booking and expediting of orders and import export documentation for customs clearance
• Should be computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Minimum 2 years of experience executing Sales Orders

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and controlling Incoming Sales Orders and Contracts
• Arranging deliveries according to INCOTERMS
• Managing logistic activities in terms of handling cargo by air, ship and land
• Managing all customers related purchase activities and handling external suppliers (request for quotation, negotiations, orders, etc.)
• Coordination of all deliveries with suppliers
• Timely expediting and regular follow – up for on-time deliveries
