- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial/Production), MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Food Processing / Manufacturing with a leading multinational organization.
- Hands-on shop floor experience.
- Ability to manage the processing facility, to set priorities, to analytically solve. problems, to meet deadlines, arid to control cost and spending according to budget.
- Saudis are preferred or has transferable lqama.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Excellent Command of English.
- Highly Motivated and Self-driven.
- Working effectively with others.
