Requirements:
- To measure and maintain low TAT (Turn around time) of vehicles.
- Manpower training.
- To ensure quality standards.
- Manpower recruitment as per business objectives.
- To ensure low turn around time for the accident vehicles.
- To measure and review ''Customer satisfaction of rental customers.
- To maintain desired levels of productivity and efficiency.
- To liaison with audit department for the speedy approval of LPo's.
- To maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
- To coordinate with manufacturer/dealer for efficient parts supply.
- To maintain reports and communicate with management in desired intervals.
- Negotiate with vendors of consumables / parts of highly competitive prices.
